Windstone Manor                                ~ Manor Hill Place ~

Windstone Manor Townhome Owners Association has been around since 1990.

 

Often known as Manor  Hill,  our subdivision consists of 19 duplexes,            38 family residences strong.      

 

 Located in Sugar Grove, Illinois,  approximately 45 miles southwest of Chicago in southern Kane County.  

 

We are governed by the WMTOA Board of Directors elected by our residents.
